How strong is a brand when you can cut out part of the logo and still be recognisable to everyone.
Millions of you will already have seen today’s Valentine Google logo.
How cool is that?!
I love the seasonal images that Google use. It is all the more remarkable that a company of that size still can have that common human touch. They emerged because of the cuddly name and simple approach to what they do but it is great to see that they haven’t lost it.
I sometimes get frustrated with Google and I think that they misuse their power at times – but you have to give it to their marketing department – they are spot on.
I only hope that they are cuddly enough to forgive me for copying this logo – I am talking about it in a positive way.
