Fasthosts – Can This Be Legal?

I am a reseller for Fasthosts – for my sins! They are a large Hosting company in the UK who have taken it upon themselves to reset and lockout owners from their websites. What is worse databases have had their passwords reset so that websites are not working. Now they are threatening to do the same to e-mail addresses – what!!!!!!! This can’t be legal !!
