Hi Keith
I have found you via your blog! Barbara said in her Christmas card that you design web pages so I thought I would try and find you. I find the hypnosis bit very interesting, I have a few of Paul McKenna’s CDs, I may try Adam Eason’s insomnia one. Colin is well and is still working and still spending his evenings in the shed
… We are grandparents, Nicola has two boys and Darren has a little baby boy whose 4 months. I still work for the NHS, its over 20 years now OMG how time flies. I love your blogs I wish I could write like that, its not one of my strong points. Colin says hello and are you still making the home brew!! Give our love to Babs, hope to hear from you soon.
