 This weekend just passed I followed Mike’s suggestion and listened  to the interview of Rev Dr Scot Giles by Cal Banyan:

There, encapsulated in one being, is a Medical Hypnotherapist and Clergyman.  He explains a lot about his work with cancer patients and is doing a long term study of intervention outcomes.

Rev Scot is typical of so many preachers in that he hardly needs to have an interviewer - all you have to do is wind him up and let him go.  Fascinating material though particularly the historical background and the reaction to hypnosis of different branches of the church.
